All orders include free standard shipping  — no minimum spend and no hidden fees.

Orders are typically delivered within 4–7 business days (Monday to Friday) from the date of purchase.
This includes a 1–2 day handling time and a 3–5 day delivery time.
Orders placed after 6:00 PM GMT or on weekends are processed the next working day.

  • You’ll receive a dispatch confirmation email with tracking details once your parcel leaves our facility.

Responsibility During Delivery

Elite Grip Case remains responsible for your order until it reaches you.
If your parcel is lost or damaged during transit, we’ll replace or refund it at no additional cost.

We’ll investigate promptly and resolve the issue through a replacement or refund in line with our Return & Refund Policy.
